1912 Seafood & Steak is located at The Lansdowne in a prime spot on Eastbourne seafront. It offers a contemporary setting with lots of natural daylight and sea views. 1912 offers all day dining from 12pm to 8.45pm

Guests may dine a la carte from the menu and have as little or as much as they like. Alternatively, enjoy two course dining for a fixed price and select a starter and main course or main course and dessert.

The menu features a selection of seafood, steak, vegan, vegetarian and salad options with dishes changing throughout the year. Specials are also available.

The Lansdowne is Eastbourne’s oldest family owned and operated hotel, having opened in 1912 by the first generation of the same family. To celebrate 110 years of family ownership, 1912 Seafood & Steak was launched in Autumn 2022 as a brand new and contemporary space for hotel guests and non-residents.

The Lansdowne has large sea view lounges, a bar and 98 bedrooms.
