The Radical History Seaside Trail starts at Eastbourne Pier and proceeding westwards. Explore the endless history Eastbourne has to offer including, Engels’ love for our seaside town, Eleanor Marx, George Meek, the Bathchair Man, The 1929 Mackintosh Rebellion, The 1976 Transport and General Workers Union recuperation hotel, the International Workers Mural and Paul Robeson at The Winter Gardens.

Start the trail at Eastbourne Pier and finish at the Western Lawns with picturesque views of Beachy Head.
